Tackling your worries

Sometimes worrying is nature’s way of telling us we’ve got too much time on our hands. We can spend hours fretting over something without taking that vital first step to actually trying to sort the problem out. If we do this long enough, even the most trivial problem can be blown up to seem like the end of the world.
