Welcome to the FMH web site

This site provides information about the everyday health and relationship issues that might be getting men down. It includes easy to read information on drugs, alcohol, mental health, relationships, sex and more.

FMH's main aim is to get blokes to have a good, long look at what's going on inside their heads and then, if they find anything that's troubling them, to advise them on who may be able to offer support.

We all have mental health needs and cope with them in different ways. This site will provide support in working out difficulties and will give you more confidence about tackling any probelms that are messing up your head.

The information has been written for men aged 16-25 years living in East Sussex , but it may also be useful for other age groups, as well as women who want to know more about men's health.

The site was developed by East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT Health Promotion Service.
